How do I follow a match live?
Open the app, choose your club from the list, then tap the ongoing match. The score updates
automatically during the game, with the clock and the history of points. No account is
needed.
The score doesn't look up to date.
The score is entered by the coach from the sidelines: there may be a few seconds' delay
compared to the action. Also check your internet connection.
I can't find my club.
Only registered clubs appear in the app. If yours isn't there yet, write to us and we will
get in touch with them.
Notifications aren't working.
Check that they are enabled for MyRugby in your phone's settings, then re-enable the bell on
your club's page.
I'm a coach: how do I get an account?
Accounts are created by your club's administrator. Get in touch with them, or write to us.
