You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object with regard to your data. To exercise it, write to contact@myrugby.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
You may request the deletion of your data at any time, without justification, by writing to contact@myrugby.be from the address associated with your account, or by stating your username and the name of your club. The request is processed within 30 days.
Supporters (mobile app and website): no account is needed to view scores. If you have enabled notifications for a club, turning off the bell in the app immediately removes the corresponding subscription. No other personal data is retained.
Club coach and administrator accounts: deletion erases your username, your email address, your display name, your password and your notification subscriptions.
What is retained: scores, teams and matches entered remain published. They form the club's sporting history, contain no personal data about you, and belong to the club, not to the account that entered them. To have the data of an entire club removed, the request must come from a manager of that club.
Exchanges with our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt). Access to data is limited to what the service needs.
