MyRugby is an application for following live rugby match scores of Belgian clubs. Use of the app implies acceptance of these terms.
Login credentials are personal. The account holder is responsible for actions carried out with it (published scores, matches created or modified). In case of misuse, MyRugby may suspend the account.
Scores and match statuses are entered by clubs from the sidelines. They are provided for information purposes only and have no official value.
MyRugby makes every effort to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing continuity. MyRugby cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
The application, the website and their content (excluding club logos, which belong to their respective owners) are the property of MyRugby.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
